General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I am sorry for the problems you are experiencing.
As long as cardiac check up and other tests resulted ok, then, to me there are 2 more other checks you should do (if not done so far):
1. chest x-ray and respiratory function test to evaluate the function of your lungs
2. ENT examination to check for ENT abnormalities

So, if not done yet, try to run these examinations to find out the right diagnosis and treatment.

For the moment, keep well hydrated, and try to be more physically active.

All the best.
Dr.Albana
