What Causes Sensitive Bump On Penis?

I have had a bump almost like a skin tag on my penis, its the same color as the skin, I ve had it as long as I can remember and I m in the military so I m checked often and I don t have a std but I ve had this since I was a child, its very sensitive but not in a bad way, it feels really good to the touch and during masterbation and sex and makes me have an orgasm quite quickly, information would be great

Any lump is difficult to diagnose without proper examination. It could be a benign skin tag, a cyst, or a wart. Alarming symptoms would be increase in size, discharge, foul smell, urinary obstruction and pain. However, I recommend you to be checked by a urologist to confirm the diagnosis and assist with proper treatment.
