What Causes Sensitive Lumps On The Upper Forehead?

Hallo, I have a small formation of pimple like lumps on my upper left forehead. They are quite sensitive to touch and occasionally cause me some migraines where they are situated. No constantly but from time to time. I also have a light pain at the temple of my left ear and left neck is a bit stiff with a small node that formed along the neck, I cannot see it but feel it when I slowly rub my neck. All of those symptoms are only on my left side. I ve been having these since the day before yesterday. I am generally not allergic to anything. Any idea?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may be infective boil and this may not cause migraine, neither this could be allergic reaction, it can be well managed with "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day for five days, for the pain and inflammation "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
