What Causes Sensitive Skin, Low Appetite And Pounding Head?

Yesterday, I started feeling really ill. My skin ached everywhere, I couldn't eat, I felt sick all the time and my head was pounding. today I feel better, but I still feel extremely sick but not like the type when you know that you are going to be sick, I just feel sick. I also stand up and my head throbs, almost like someone is digging into the back of my head with a knife and I feel awful, all dizzy and weird when I stand. I ate and drank quite a lot but I've never felt like this before.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern this could be viral infection have some rest for the pain and if this is fever then you can have Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed within few days this would be fine, till then take care and try to keep the stress level very low, have a nice day.
