What Causes Sensitivity And Pain On The Finger Tips?

I have sensitivity in my finger tips, toe tips and ear tips. Just pushing against something with any of my toes will hurt as if I stubbed it really hard. Same with my finger tips. If I catch my ear with my comb while I m combing my hair it is extremely painful. What would cause this?

Hello this is symptoms and signs of weak nerves please do a vitamin b12 level and add tab meconerv. Hope this helps
