I am 55 suffer with E.D., I think most of my impotence is caused by an abundance of prescriptions I take for emphsema and severe arthritis, but what I am I guess you would say curious about is mt scrotum is in a constant state of being shriveled and my testicles seem to reside up in my pelvic area. I know it's not because i'm cold down there as this is a constant state. I've had PSA's done and all comes back negative. I did mention to my GP there is a sensitivity and soreness to my testicles, but he didn't even awnser or give me an explation, can you
1.No erectile dysfunction will not give such symptoms like soreness and sensitivity but can be other way round, and your medic an conditions can be reason for the erectile dysfunction that is possible cause. 2.in this case i would have examine the testis first and if require ask for the ultrasoundscrotum. 3.That will give me exact condition of the testis and adjacent structures and reason for the soreness, also assess the blood supply to testis. 4.Testis are seen in pelvic area - this can be find out on examination or in the scrotal scan. 5.That does happened in case of defect in the anterior abdominal wall at the inguinal canal region. suggest to follow the sequence and get treated accordingly .
