What Causes Sensitivity At Lower Incisors After The Surgical Removal Of Cyst?

Hi. I had a root canal tx and surgical removal of cyst anterior mandible of my two front lower incisors. One week post op now but still feels sensitivity on my two front lower incisors. I couldn t bite as it feels sensitive. Should I ring the maxillofacial department of see the dentist for this matter

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern you can try desensitized tooth pest first, if this fails to work then you can call to the dentist, but in most of the case this gets alright with medicated tooth pest, hope this information helps, take care.
