What Causes Sensitivity Of Eyes Towards High Beam Of Light?

My Eyes have gone inside....and when i am encountered with a flash of say camera while taking snaps or while driving, i feel the focus of light is not bearable and try to not look at the light....and if i looked den i the reflection of light stays atleast 2-3 seconds making the world white.....please help/suggest

First of all I must say that glare after exposure to flash of light is normal. Its get subsided in a while but just to clear your doubts kindly see a ophthalmologist.
He/She will get the complete eye examination done as sometimes cataract also causes frequent glares.
