What Causes Sensitivity On The Head Of The Penis After Circumcision?

Just got circumcised and yeah the head of my penis is really sensitive cant wear anything Normal.i would like to know when the sensitivity will reduce. And the burning sensation will go....and my stitches are not very visible because my shaft skin has gone over them and my body build is more on the muscular side but i was fat when im was 15-16 im now 19 thank u.

sensitive will be as such for always but u will get used to it and then u will neglect the sensitivity. earlier it was covered by skin flap thats why u never felt the sensitivity as now. but the cells for sensation where the same as they are now
