Hello, Uterus remains slightly bulky after child birth even after complete involution. As per your symptoms, it appears as though you may have developed some infection of the pelvic area, perhaps some urinary infection. The enlargement of the liver on ultrasound needs to be ascertained further through liver function tests, clinical evaluation by a specialist, blood counts and follow up. If infection is the cause, it can be treated. Benign fatty liver needs dietary modifications. Renal pathology also needs to be excluded. Hope this helps.
