What Causes Sever Pelvic Pain Despite Taking Oxycontin And Panadeine Forte?
I am looking for a Doctor who can treat excruciating constant 24/7 pain from a Pudendal Nerve. We have tried. Oxycontin, Palexia SR. Panadeine Forte Plus numerous OTC pain tablets like Pennanfern Plus + Numerous other Pain Tablets. Our Doctors here in Australi have been treating my wife for over one year and she still cannot get any relief whatsoever. We even tried the Pudendal Nerve blocks (4 times) to no avail whatsoever. This is a cry for help she cannot live her life like this please help. Anthony

Hi,
Your wife seems to have pinching/compression of roots of the pudendal nerve at the lower lumbar spine/ corresponding disc level. If it is so, it can be treated by surgical decompression.
The thing can be confirmed by MRI of lumbosacral spine followed by suitable management. Please consult a spinal surgeon.
