What Causes Severe Abdominal And Back Pain Along With Diarrhea?

I have had white diarrhea for 5 days going at least 4 times a day. I have extreme abdominal and back pain followed by severe pain in my right testicle. I m getting somewhat worried. What could I possibly have, just cant handle another day. Please help me figure this out. Thanks Joe

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe abdominal and back pain along with diarrhea. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons like viral syndrome , side-effect , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , gastroenteritis or UTI . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like blood test along with checking vitals and taking history . Doctor may prescribe antiviral along with antiemetic drug and anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for gastric problem and order ultrasound , stool test and endoscopy or urologist for UTI problem, who may order urine test . For now eat light and non spicy , apply warm compresses to abdomen and back and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . .
