What Causes Severe Abdominal And Back Pain?
hello doctor good morning, i am having severe stomach pain and back pain from one week, and having stone in kidney problem and am using ketorol tab zyloric tab and citralka liquid from one week but no betterment still suffering from pain kindly advice something better, thank you.

The most possible cause in this case could be the calculus causing obstruction.
When the calculus passed from kidney to bladder - it can cause obstruction or blockage in the ureter - which can cause burning mixturation and pain in back and abdomen.
You need to get an ultrasound abdomen to evaluate condition of stones / calculus and urinary bladder and prostate.
