What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating Along With Dizziness And Headaches?

I have bloating and lots of abdominal gas. When a large amount is produced and the pressure is increased I feel dizzy. Occasionally the dizziness can occur prior to my feeling gas pressure. The dizziness can cause me to lose balance. Usually when I burp the dizziness can decrease and, after orally discharging gas over minutes, the dizziness may disappear. Often carbonates or simethicone can alleviate the problem. Occasionally my head feels pressured from within although there are no headaches. There is no reflux, heartburn or typical headaches. Until 3 weeks ago I was a high alcohol user but recently either no alcohol for days (up to 1 week) of significantly smaller amounts. I potentially have very high anxiety from being executor of two deceased estates including preparation of two homes for sale. Looking forward to your valuable comments.

According to your complain you have problem of abdominal bloting problem that may be because of more alcohol drinking...

I will advise you to avoid alcohol drinking...
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks etc..

Drink a more water per day...
Avoid stress..
simethicone drug can use for gas relief ...
Chew a food properly..
Use garlic in food for proper digestion...
Take some fruits like peach, kiwi and avocado good for digestion...
