What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating And Belching After Eating?
EVERYTHING I EAT makes my stomach & colon feel raw & bloated as soon as it passes thru my mouth. I am a 77 female. Soon after I eat & even though my stomach is still full - my stomach says it needs to eat again - just like my body isn t getting any nutrients from my food. My stomach feels bloated all the time and acidedity. My daughter who lives with me is always living on fresh vegestables with fish or chicken thrown in. when I try to eat like her, I m always hungry after a meal. My generation ate meat, potatoes, vegetable . my abdomen area always is uncomfortable & hurts.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe abdominal bloating and belching after eating. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome , gas pains , gastroenteritis, lactose intolerance, ulcerative colitis or inflammatory bowel disease . Need not to worry. You should drink plenty of water and eat fibrous diet. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test, CT scan , ultrasound and endoscopy. Start treatment after complete examination. Avoid intake of large meals at a time and take small and frequent meals. For now eat light , avoid non spicy and heavy food.
