What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating And Nausea?

Hi I went to the emergency room last Monday for severe bloating, nausea, not being able to eat because if it. They did an xray and found alot of bowel so they gave me a laxative at the hospital and sent me home with a prescription for nausea and mira lax. I ate pizza the other day which was on 9-17-16 and started hurting in my left upper side under my ribs and have been having pain of and on since. Please tell me what I should do.

You have problem of abdominal bloting and pain at epigastric region that may be because of indigestion problem. Any infection may cause abdominal pain.Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.

Avoid junk food and more fatty foods consuption.
Gastritis may cause abdominal pain.
Proper history and investigation helpful for diagnosis. Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
