What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating And Nausea?
i have a friend with extreme bloating and nausea. this has been going on for a couple of weeks. She has just returned from a 2 week trip in Columbia. He MD has given her antibiotics for Gastroenteritis. It is not helping her at all. Any suggestions?

I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be a indigestion or gastroenteritis.
Take following advises:
Tablet unienzyme
Oral simethicone
Capsule lactobacillius.
Tablet dicyclomine
Drink plenty of water
Take light diet like banana, applesauce, rice, yogurt, buttermilk and toast
If not resolves then go USG scan to find the exact cause.
