What Causes Severe Abdominal Bloating And Vomiting Up Of Grey Color Substance?

I felt real bloated this morning. Began abdominal cramping then vomited up a large amount of gray liquid. I had not eaten since last night. Had coffee this morning only
I have never seen gray vomit and I was a nurse years ago! What causes that weird color?

Hi, i do care for your concern.
your symptoms suggest of gastric ulcer along with parasitic infection.
i would advise
To start on anti-parasitic medicine such as tinidazole and antacids.
Antacid should be continued for three weeks, this will produce good results.
