What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramping Along With Upper Lip Swelling?
71 yrs old good health have had stomach cramping approx 48 hrs, no appetite, no fever. Better today appetite returning but still a little weak. Layed down and got up to go to the restroom and the left side of my upper lip is swollen. Are the two related? Took 50 mg benadryl po at 4:00, no relief yet

“As” per your clinical history is concerned first rule out [food allergy]where both present and to confirm the exact food you need [skin-prick tests] and regarding treatment to take that medicine every 6 hours. Please discuss with your doctor to add steroid orally for a short term.
