I had to urinate and probably waited a little too long. When I stood up to go,I could barely walk. My whole lower abdomen cramped severely. I made it to restroom but hardly was hardly able to go. Had to stand because it hurt too badly to sit. Made it back to my desk and start dripping sweat. Had to stand for almost 20 minutes as I . Was too cramped to sit. Severe pain go n e but slight cramping exists 2 hours later and now have feeling of complete exhaustion. I am 61. What would cause this?
