General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The severe abdomen cramps with bad odor vaginal bleed indicate pelvic inflammatory condition via some sort of bacteria as Chlamydia or else. Immediately get a culture swab report of vaginal discharge from the lab and start medications as per the report. Till that time, maintain hydration with plenty of liquids, maintain vaginal hygiene, avoid sexual intercourse (if active) and control of blood sugar.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
