What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Along With Nausea And Cold Sweats?

Last night I began to develop severe cramping in the lower abdomen, bowel area and I broke out in a cold sweat. The cramps would get very bad and I would double over, hardly able too tolerate the pain. Felt a bit nauseated but did not throw up, skin was clammy. The pain would subside somewhat and I could sleep a little. Then around 9:00 am I had a bowel movement, normal at first and then it was like it drilled into the toilet and fast, like evacuating the bowel. I have felt slightly nauseated throughout the day, cramping still there but not anywhere as severe and no more sweating. Feel lethargic and tired with slight cramps, no more sweating. Sometimes I feel as if I am going to have another bout but when I get to the bathroom everything is okay and I don t have the runs.
