What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Along With Nausea?
Hi! I am experiencing extremely painful charliehorse type cramps in my abdomine area under ribs, sometimes rolling side to side and around to my back. It comes and goes, but today struggled with it all day. Doubled over in pain at times, and the most recent I was really nauseaus also. Any ideas? I drink plenty of water

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , panic attack , irritable bowel syndrome , food poisoning , lactose intolerance or giardiasis . I would suggest you to eat light , non spicy , avoid food like nuts and sea food , take antacid and drink lukewarm water . I condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound or endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe laxative , omeprazole , ornidazole or albendazole .
