What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Along With Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?
I am 23 years old, 138 pounds. I was supposed to start my period this last weekend, I did. I was off of it yesterday, i had intercourse last night, but not for long because It was painful, my cervix has been extremely low, I couldnt use tampons, I have never had that problem before, I have been severely cramping really bad and today I have been passing blood clots. And every so often I will get light headed and dizzy. What should I do.?

You need to take a pregnancy test to make sure you are not pregnant or having a miscarriage. If you are bleeding heavily and dizzy then you may be anemic. I suggest that you see a doctor today for a hemoglobin test and pelvic exam to see why you are dizzy and why you are having pain.
