What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Followed By The Bowel Movement?

I am having some stomach cramping and cramping along like the bikini area and then when I have these cramps I have to go to the bathroom and have bowel movement usually with blood along with it. I don t do this (bleed) all the time I do have normal bowel movements with no blood most times and so am wondering if it could be an ulcer. I am not working and don t have the money to go to a doctor so was trying to see if I can treat it at home to see if it is an ulcer. Cannot proceed because you want me to pay a fee and I just got done telling you I don t have a job or money right now. That is why I can t see a doctor right now. Thank you anyway.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe abdominal cramps followed by the bowel movement. There can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like eating a lot of dairy products, hemorrhoids, lack of fibers in diet, irritable bowel syndrome, some medications like antidepressants, and acidity.Need not to worry. You should not lay down immediately after having food. You should do proper exercises daily. Avoid intake of outside food. For now drink lot of water , do light exercises and avoid fatty and heavy meals. I condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound or endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe laxative , omeprazole , ornidazole or albendazole .
