Hello,

If you had unprotected sex, chances are to be pregnant. If your periods have reached 10 days late, then, I recommend to run pregnancy test to check it out. Plus, take antacids for your tummy ache and paracetamol. If still no improvement, should consult further with your caring doctor as might need further investigations and specific treatment.

All the best. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
