What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Post A Salpingectomy?

I hade salpingectomy due to ectopic last june 28, 2016 now july 12, 2013 i experienced severe cramps / pain i it was started 3days ago. More painful than dysmenorrhea. Is this normal? And I noticed that i have spotting and the consistency is like a gel. Please enlightened me.

no , any such pain is not normal..
as you had gone through recent abdominal surgery for 4-5 day pain is ok..but after such days it is not normal.
consult your surgeon right now..
go for USG ABDOMEN examination ..
