What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps While Suffering From PCOS?

hi i am 34 year old female who has pcos and i only have a period once maybe twice a year well i am on it now and i am having severe cramping, severe bleeding and big clots. My vagina literally hurts, feels like it raw, i have a headache, diarrhea and vomiting at times. I am tired i don t want to to move., what could be wrong

Hi I think in PCO, the main problem is absence of ovulation which leads to delayed periods. But the bleeding is generally painless and heavy. I think you can take some medicines like tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding and mefenamic acid to relieve the pain. It can be due to some cervical or uterine pathology. Consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Hope it helps.
