What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps With Painful Urination?

I have been to my GP doctor many times. I have had 3 u.a. s that have shown no infection. I m having abdominal cramps, frequent and painful urination, painful intercourse and inflamed vaginal walls. I also had a pap smear done. the u.a. s showed no infection and the pap smear results were all negative. what could this be?

I would advise for urine routine & culture examination for urine infection/usg pelvis to find ureteric or cystic stone or pelvic inflammation as a cause of your problem.
