What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps,fever And Vomiting?

A couple days ago i woke up very early with terrible stomach cramps and vomited once. Shortly after, my abdomen felt very tight and i experienced cramps and a fever on and off that day. The next day my belly button started to hurt and my lower right abdomen hurt. Now just my belly button hurts and im having stomach cramps again. What could cause these symptoms?

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe abdominal cramps,fever and vomiting . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like cauda equina syndrome , muscle strain , panic attack , drug overdose , gastroenteritis , side effect of medicine or allergic reaction .

I would suggest you to drink plenty of water , take anti histamine like bendryl twice a day , avoid food like nuts and seas food and consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , check vital and take history .

Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , analgesic , anti inflammatory , omeprazole , anti emetic drug . Drink ginger green tea thrice a day . Also apply warm compresses on abdomen and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
