General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your chest pain is due to acid reflux.

Your chest pain will disappear as soon as acid reflux will be cured.

You need to take rabeprazole or pantoprazole like antacid.

Don't take excess spicy foods. Take cooked oatmeal which will help in the soothing stomach.

If your symptom doesn't resolve or recurrent than endoscopy examination should be done for further workup.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
