What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain After Undergoing Radiation And Chemotherapy?

I m a 35 yo, white female with history of Crohn s disease and SCCHN. I m currently undergoing radiation 5x a week and chemo 1x a week. This evening I started having SEVERE pain in my upper left abdomen, right under my ribcage. I ve taken morphine and percocet and neither have helped. I don t think it s a bowel obstruction because I ve had a BM just a few minutes ago, and it did not relieve the pain AT ALL. My pain level is at least 7...though my perception of pain is skewed since I ve been through so much.

I really appreciate your concern, with the radiation therapy sever pain is very common but it may subsides with proper analgesic it is most advisable to increase the tolerance against the pain and it is most important, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
