What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting?

Daughter has stomach pain (beneath belly button) with popping sensations in her stomach. Began yesterday afternoon, progressively got worse. She vomited last night, early this morning. 10 years old. No fever. Has not had first menstrual period. Discomfort is more when legs stretched out . She is siping water and keeping it down. Does have appetite but pain is keeping her doubled over.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think it is due to gastroenetritis.
Following are the other causes of your problem:
Indigestion and gas
Constipation
GERD
IBD
Food poisoning
Ulcer
Hepatitis
IBS
UTI
PID
Kidney stone
Appendicitis.

You should consult the doctor immediately.
Doctor may provide following test:
1. Blood: CBC, ESR, electrolyte, lactate, Urea, creatinine, Billirubin, liver enzyme, amylase
2. Urine routine and microscopic examination
3. Abdominal USG

Doctor may give following advice
Complete bed rest or admission to hospital
Injection normal saline
Injection ciprfloxacin plus metronidazole
Injection pan D for faster relief of all symptoms.
Keep him on liquid diet
After stooping vomiting they will put on her on tablets.
Avoid outside food.
Drink lots of water.
