What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Bloody Diarrhea?
I have been experiencing severe abdominal pain off & on since Friday 5/27 I have had diarrhea (basically all liquid) no regular bowel movements since Thursday 5/26 When needing to go to the bathroom for what should be a BM, is painful and now has red blood coming out.

The symptoms seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection. A stool test should be done to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile I suggest to use daily probiotics. I also suggest to use rehydration solution. I recommend to use a plain diet and drink a lot of liquids.
