What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Constant Bleeding After An Abortion?
Hallo my wife had a miscarriage and later after two months again got an epitopic pregnancy and an abortion was done on her.After a beginnimg this month she stated bleeding heavily with lost of pain.She was put on medication and has to live on those drugs.When she stops the bleeding starts again.Infact sometimes it fails to work.When she is bleeding no pain,when she is not bleeding and about to start bleeding the pain is to much and then the bleeding starts.What could be the problem?
Hello dear I understand your concern Your symptoms could be due to the retain product or pelvic inflammatory disease. I would suggests to consult the gynecologist and undergo USG scan and vaginal examination. Retain product is remove by the D & C procedure or by laparoscopic surgery Pelvic inflammatory require antibiotic Bleeding can be reduced by the tranexamic acid Take ibuprufen for pain Drink plenty of water Take healthy diet with iron supplements Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
