What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea ?
I have recently started having a throbbing pain in my lower right abdomen. I tore my abs on the left side last year, but this doesn t feel the same. I am a 21 year old male. I have also been having diarrhea about an hour after I eat. The pain just started however. I am sexually active, but have only had one partner for over a year, and this started during one of our longer breaks.

as per ur description u may have acutegastroenteritis due to food poisoning or outdoor eating.
have any other syptoms like fever, vomiting, headache.
maintaine hydration is main treatment because electrolyte imbalance is there more while fluid loss from body.
if have u giddiness ,dry toungh, skin turger then get to visit hospital for admission.
