What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Fainting During Menstruation?

I have severe tummy pains during my menstrual cycle, each bout of pain comes through as if in labour. And each the the pain comes, i feel like fainting, and sweat.What could be the cause of this, i am now 37 years old...and this has always happened.

I really appreciate your concern, the pain that you have could be dysmenorrhea, although it is less common in this age, in my opinion it can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" as per needed, but condition need to be investigated for underlying cause, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
