What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Fatigue?

Young female - 22 years old. Abdominal pain at time severe. Always fatigued. Getting lots of rest. Cant gain weight even when eating lots of fatty foods. Was told had cysts on ovaries year ago - no bleeding abnormal bleeding since last doctor visit.
