What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Gastritis Post A D&C Procedure?
Hello. I had a d and c 6 days ago prior to a miscarriage which gave me serious bleeding and cramping before the procedure. After the procedure I feel serious gas pains and right sided abdominal pain especially when passing out stool. Please help me. I have been bleeding for 5 days now after the procedure

slight bleeding or spots might persist for some day after procedure
however increase amount is worrisome
also you are having pain in lower abdomen
I am of opinion that you d and c was not complete leading to incomplete abortion
these remaining product might got have infected leading to sever pain in lower abdomen
Please show to treating gynaecoly show that he can asses you and determine whether any infection has set in
