What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Migraine During 35th Week Of Pregnancy?

I am 35 weeks, I have placenta previa and am already scheduled for c section in a week. But for the last 4 days I have had chronic vomiting at least 6 times a day with severe abdominal pain and now I am dizzy and have a migraine on top of it all. Not sure if I should call after hours OB because two weeks ago I was in the hospital for severe pain and I do think want to waste time for anyone if this is not needed to address.

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of chronic vomiting severe abdominal pain dizziness migraine following a scheduled caesaran section for placenta previa I will suggest you have developed preenclampsia (hypertension In pregnancy)

In view of this please check your blood pressure and do the following test Urine and schedule an appointment with an obstetric physician specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
