What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Nausea While Using Tampons?
Hiya, it s the first time I ve properly used tampons and I forgot about it today. I had one in me for a good 14 hours and upon removal I have gotten bad abdominal pains and slight nausea. Should I be worried or do you think it will pass? I don t normally get pain like this or nausea during my period. Thanks

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to intoxication from keeping tampon for long time. Avoid tampons now. Use pads. Take more fluids, ginger tea and vitamin C. If symptoms doesn't improve then approach a gynecologist. You might need to do blood routine to rule out infection in such case.
