What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Painful Lump Below Navel?
I ve been having stabbing abdominal pain, mainly around my navel. I could also feel a decent sized lump way inside the navel. And two days ago a yellow/green pus with blood started coming out of my navel. I also have severe pain in my left side/back that started when the discharge did. I don t know what it could be.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe abdominal pain and painful lump below navel . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like inguinal hernia , umbilical hernia , incisional hernia , hematoma , lipoma OR tumor . I would suggest you to consult general surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , physical examination for tenderness and consistency along with sample . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory , Doctor may also perform liposuction in case of lipoma , Sometimes infected lipoma is also cause of pain . Doctor may recommend surgery in other cases .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
