What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?
Hi there ! I think I am 4 weeks pregnant . Today I had a vaginal bleeding and it hurts to much . I don t know if this is a bad think because I didn t have those missed period like everyone else. Is this a problem ? And should I have those missed periods later or not ? Thank you

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Have you done urine pregnancy test to say confirm that you were pregnant?
If no then it might just be your regular period which came after 4 weeks ie 1 month as it comes normally.
If you had done a previous pregnancy test which showed positive results and now you are having bleeding then kindly consult your gynecologist for further management.
But usually pregnancy is suspected when thereis a missed period for more than 1 or 2 weeks.
