What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain, Back Pain And Frequent Urination After Unprotected Intercourse?
Hiya, I had unprotected sex two days prior to ovulation. I then ovulated and 6/7 days following ovulation experienced horrific abdominal cramps, which then settled into a dull ache which I still lightly have. Also with lower back a he and from today (9 days post ovulation) have frequency of urination and all of a sudden I urgently need to go. I had a normal urine dipstick so it is not urinary. Any other ideas?

Hi . your age is not mentioned . anyhow from the available information it appears that you probably have a mild episode of UTI (urinary tract infection ) although you have a normal dipstick but still the possibility is of mild uti.
you take a large amount of fluids intake orally . but if symtoms still continue then you may need to take a short course of antibiotics like trimethoprim for 3 days
