What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Below Diaphragm?
I am experiencing severe abdominal pain below my diaphragm that does not appear to be cramping. I still have my appendix, I am 40 years old, have had one healthy pregnancy and delivery, take no regular medications and have been diagnosed with Chiari without complications for the last few years. No other chronic conditions. I have taken Gas X several hours ago and Pepto Bismo without any relief. I am not running a fever. Do you have any advice on what might relieve this pain?

This could be typical symptoms of hyperacidity , If I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with the medicines given bellow,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
