What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Despite Antibiotics?

I ve had high nitrates & 100 e-coli for 5 month. Antibiotics do not end it although I ve been told I have had different strains of infection. My white blood count is normal as is my bladder. For the past 6 weeks I ve had severe lower abdominal pain that has kept me indoors & off my feet and nothing alleviates the pain. Uroligist just keep throwing antibiotics at me but nothing helps. I m worried that the pain & infection can have long term affects on my bladder or kidneys.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Get your urine tested for any infection and Xray or ultrasound to look for urinary stone. Got can do blood test to see if your kidneys are affected by doing Blood Urea and Serum Creatinine.
