What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain During Periods?
I had severe abdominal pain on the first day of my menstrual cycle and it lasted for nearly 4-5hrs just like labour pain.So i took a ultrasound scan on the fifth day which showed an endometrial thickness of 14 mm and a fibroid on the posterior wall.What should i do now?
