What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Followed By Bowel Movement?
I have been experiencing excruciating abdominal pain with spasms like I needed to have a bowel movement. But it was just like extreme gas pains. This has been happening since last night. I was extremely uncomfortable all night and this morning. Now the pain has just localized to my left side. It hurts when I press on it and take a deep breath. Also when I get up to walk. I had a normal bowel movement yesterday, so I don t think I am constipated. Could you possibly help me with a definitive diagnosis?
I share your concerns. Your problem suggests that you have severe gastritis (inflammation of stomach lining) and acidity. Because it is crampy and severe as you have now. Left side location is also indicates gastritis. Intestinal pain is less likely as it presents with either loose stool 8r constipation, which you don't have.
I prescribe my patients following Intravenous injections of ranitidine or pantoperazole Tablet pantoperazole Bland diet (no spices) Tablet domperidone
You can try this for 2- 3 days and you will see the improvement. In cas3 of failure please meet a doctor.
Ihope my reply will benefit you. I wish you rapid recovery. Please write for follow up queries. Kindly rate this reply. Thank you
