General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to ask you some questions:
1. Are you experiencing pain after consuming food?
2. Are you experiencing pain during urination?
3. Are you experiencing pain after bowel movement or stool?
4. Is your bowel movement normal?

I would like to suggest some test:
1. Whole abdomen USG
2. Complete Blood Test
3. Measurement of PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen)
4. Also suggest Rectal Exam, if possible.
5. KUB imaging (Contrast X-ray of Kidney, Ureter, bladder)
6. Chest X-Ray
7. Kidney Function test

If any food increases the pain, please avoid it.
If pain occurs, you can take paracetamol or ibuprofen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
