What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain On The Right Side After Colon Removal?

Had 13 inches of colon removed in May of this year. Two large polips that were not noted 5 years ago. Seems to be healing just fine but now I have a annoying pain on my right side 2 inches up from waist line. Am taking Tramadol for a back problem but that is not working. My doctor said done worry. Well, I am worrying.

hi sir. following surgery some times they do get pain. it I'll gradually come down. adhesions are the commonest cause for pain after abdominal surgery. if it's very severe get ultrasound scan done to look for any abnormalities. if nil. nothing to worry. continue with tramadol. slowly it I'll reduce. thank u
